The company offers a service for downloading digital books (e-books) from the Website it operates. The digital books on offer contain intellectual works in various file formats, as specified on the Website.
By way of example, the main digital file formats available are: PDF, MP3 and EPUB.
Downloading involves the transfer and reproduction of an e-book onto the hard drive or any other data storage device on the customer’s computer, e-reader, tablet or smartphone.

Refund Policy

1.Field of application

This refund policy applies to all sales of physical and digital books made by Pixels and Pictures Company.

2. Printed Books

Given the nature of the products on offer, physical books cannot be returned or exchanged (each book is carefully checked before dispatch), except in the following case:

• Error attributable to the company (e.g. wrong product sent)

The company cannot be held liable for the quality of transport and delivery.

In these cases only:

• A request must be sent within 7 days of receipt to the following address:

• Evidence (a photo or video) may be requested

• Following approval, a replacement or a refund may be offered at the company’s discretion

No refunds will be issued for reasons relating to:

• A change of mind

• An inaccurate assessment of the content

3. Digital books (ebooks, PDF, EPUB)

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, no refunds are possible once the product has been downloaded, except in the following case:

• Faulty or unusable file (e.g. corrupted file, cannot be opened)

  In that case:

• A claim must be made within 7 days of purchase

• Company agrees to provide a new, fully functional file

No refund will be granted for:

• An incompatibility with the user’s hardware

• Improper handling

4. Reimbursement arrangements

Once the refund has been approved:

• It is processed via the original payment method
